You know who We're talking about. The guy or gal that was there when you needed them, blood was not an issue. Brotherhood and Sisterhood and not of the faint of heart. They are the backbone that keeps people together, when real family is too far away or already moved on to watch over us from above. They have been your support, your confidant, there anytime. Your party friend, your traveling friend. Just like your own Brother or Sister, if they were close or still alive. So here is to Our First Promotion of a New Unofficial National Group Day!

The Official "Unofficial" Process
Identify a Unique Niche: The proposed day must be unique and not already claimed by another organization or cause.Submit an Application: Applications are submitted to tracking organizations like National Day Calendar or National Today. This requires the name of the day, the requested date, and a compelling justification for why it deserves national attention.The Committee Review: A selection committee reviews the submission. Because these registries receive tens of thousands of applications a year, they are actually quite selective.Pay the Toll: If the day is approved by a major registry, it is rarely free. The applicant usually has to pay a significant registration or marketing package fee to secure the spot and get it listed on their platforms.Promotion & Strategy: Once recognized, it requires a massive media push, press releases, and social media campaigns to get the public to actually care and celebrate—which seems to be exactly the kind of strategic promotion that National Group Day is gearing up to help provide!
